Adzuki Bean Dip

 
Dip prepared from onion, garlic, adzuki beans, fresh lemon juice, tahini, miso and flax seeds.
 
Ingredients -
1 Small Onion
4 Garlic Cloves
3 cups Adzuki Beans, cooked
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
2 tablespoons Tahini
2-1/2 tablespoons Miso, light/white
1/2 tablespoon Flax Seeds, ground
 
Preparation:

1. Add onion, garlic, beans, lemon juice, tahini, miso and flax seeds to a food processor (or blender) and blend until smooth.

2. Serve immediately.
