Cooking Tip
Fresh Cilantro
Fresh cilantro is the term given to the leaves of the coriander plant. Cilantro can be found in most supermarkets along with other fresh herbs in the produce section. Cilantro is usually available in bunches or a few leaves packaged in a
small plastic container. Store in the refrigerator, loosely wrapped.
Cooking Tip
Red Onion
The red onion is also known as the Italian red onion and the purple onion. In fact most red onions are purple in color. The red onion is slightly sweeter than white or yellow onion and perfect for slicing and serving raw in salads and other
uncooked dishes.
