Cooking Tip

Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

The finest olive oil is made from pressed olives. Cold pressed olive oils are the best quality and worth the extra money for the superior flavor.

Cooking Tip

Garlic Cloves
Fresh garlic has a peak season in late spring. The bulbs should be firm when lightly squeezed and should show no signs of sprouting.
