Apricot Almond Brie

 

Brie cheese topped with sauce prepared from apricot preserves and Grand Marnier liqueur. Cheese is garnished with almonds before serving.

 
Ingredients -
8-10 ounces Brie Cheese
1/2 cup Apricot Preserves
1 tablespoon Grand Marnier Liqueur
1 tablespoon Toasted Almonds, sliced
 
Preparation:

1. Remove the top rind from the brie cheese.

2. Place the cheese on serving plate.

3. In small saucepan, combine the preserves and the liqueur.

4. Heat the mixture until it is hot, but do not boil.

5. Pour some of the sauce over the brie cheese.

6. Sprinkle almonds over top.
