1. Add vegetable oil to deep saucepan or deep fryer and bring temperature to 350 F.
2. Stir milk and egg together in small bowl.
3. In a shallow bowl, add Italian seasoned breadcrumbs and sea salt.
4. Dip cheese ravioli in milk and egg, toss in breadcrumbs.
5. Fry ravioli in small batches, 1 minute, turn and deep fry 1 more minute. Ravioli should be golden brown.
6. Place ravioli on paper towels to drain excess oil.
7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on ravioli.
8. Serve immediately with dipping sauce.
