Swiss and Bacon Dip

 

Cream cheese, real mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard combined with crisp crumbled bacon and chopped scallions. Mixture baked in small casserole dish until golden and sprinkled with coarsely chopped smoked almonds.

 
Ingredients -
8 Bacon Slices, chopped and cooked crisp
1 (8 ounces) Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1-1/2 cups shredded Swiss Cheese
3 Green Onions coarsely chopped
1/2 cup Smoked Almonds, coarsely chopped
Vegetables, for dipping
Bread, for dipping
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

2. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard until smooth.

3. Fold in bacon and scallions.

4. Transfer cheese mixture to small casserole.

5. Bake 15 minutes or until golden.

6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with smoked almonds.
