Pumpkin puree, chickpeas, tahini, garlic, cayenne pepper, ground cumin, extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice, salt, and pepper blended until smooth in food processor. Dip served with pita chips for dipping.

1-1/2 cups canned Pumpkin Puree
1-1/2 cups canned Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
3 tablespoons Tahini
1 GarlicClove
1 teaspoon Cayenne Powder
1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper
Preparation:
1. In a food processor, process pumpkin and chickpeas until fairly smooth.
2. Add remaining ingredients to food processor and process until smooth.
3. Season to taste.
4. Serve with pita chips.
