Cooking Tip

Sour Cream

Sour cream is a cultured dairy product. Cream that has been homogenized is combined with a bacteria culture. The culture adds the tangy flavor, and not the result of cream becoming sour.

Cooking Tip

Jalapeno Chili Pepper

Removing the seeds and the membrane inside the pepper will remove much of the heat of the pepper. The jalapeno flesh can still pack a punch. Always be careful when handling raw chili peppers, wearing gloves is advised. Always wash hand and work surfaces after handling the hot peppers to reduce risk of injury.
